What You Can Expect During Your Onboarding

During your first few months, you will learn more about our Firm and your role. Cherry Bekaert onboarding is designed to make you feel welcomed, supported, included and ready for your new role. Here is what you can expect:

  • Introduction to the Firm’s shared values and behaviors
  • A peer guide to help support you during your first few weeks of joining the Firm
  • Connection opportunities with your Career Advisor, your team and other leaders throughout the Firm
  • Learning opportunities to help support you as you find your space at Cherry Bekaert

You’ll also receive a series of onboarding surveys throughout your first year so that we can benefit from your feedback on your experience!

When we are searching for the right candidate for a new opportunity, we don’t just look outside the Firm; we know our next great hire may already be here. Our growth philosophy is an all-encompassing theme of development and goes beyond the role you’re in right now. We want to grow a competitive workforce and we do that by using data gathering, analysis, and forecasting to enable us to strategically plan resources and future talent needs.
